From time to time we accept preorders on new products. Simply add these items to your cart and checkout as usual. The only difference between orders and pre-orders is when they ship.

As a mission-driven startup, we work hard to keep our high-quality products as affordable as possible while at the same time donating 100% of our profits to ocean and cancer organizations. While we do cover free 100% carbon-neutral shipping for every outgoing order, we hope you understand that we are unable to offer free shipping for returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and related issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and attempt to resolve your concerns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products), sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned swim leggings that are missing the hygienic liner.

Exchanges

Swim leggings are leggings made from swimwear fabric that you can wear for all sorts of water activities. They offer more coverage than traditional swimsuit bottoms, which, as we’ve all experienced, can ride up when you least expect it. Our swim leggings are made from recycled fishing nets and have SPF 50+ built in. They allow you to move freely and go from beach to boardwalk without changing clothes. Because they’re made from quick-drying, high-performance fabric, they’re also great for land-based activities like hiking and biking.

Undies (or bikini bottoms) are optional. Our swim leggings have a lined gusset and can be worn without anything underneath.

Our tank and two rashguards have built-in bras for light support. Need more support? Feel free to wear a sports bra or swimsuit top underneath. 

Our swim dress and pullover jacket are layering pieces that can be worn over our tank, sleeveless rashguard, or your own swimsuit. You’ll also need bottoms under the swim dress, like our swim leggings or your own bathing suit.

Definitely – that’s the point! Our waterwear is made from quick-drying, high-performance swimwear fabric for water activities. In fact, our waterwear fabric is made from recycled fishing nets, so it was born to be in the water. As an added bonus, our waterwear looks and performs great out of the water too!

Build your personalized waterwear outfit with your favorite styles and colors. Here’s how:

1. Choose leggings: either in long or 3/4 length

2. Pick a top: our tank, sleeveless and long-sleeve rashguards all have built-in bras

3. Add a layer: complete your outfit with our swim dress (to be layered over our waterwear tops with built-in bras and leggings, or your own swimsuit), pullover jacket or swim sleeves for added style and protection

Nope, our waterwear is made from highly breathable swimwear fabric, and  many styles feature mesh insets to add ventilation.

We offer free ground shipping anywhere in the US for orders over $150, or flat-rate shipping of $9.90. We also offer shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $20.

We ship the same day if the order is received before 2 pm EST, otherwise your order will go out the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has shipped and is on the way.

Line in the Sand offsets 100% of carbon dioxide (CO2)emissions from shipping at no cost to you. Package weight, delivery distance and type of transportation are calculated to determine the amount of carbon used, and then carbon credits are purchased to offset emissions through deforestation protection projects.
